Dear Lauren und Slicer´s Users
I had successful. I have used DICOM files (*.ima) and "3D Slicer"
had read the archives.
My questions are:
1) Posteriorly, I tried to make a model und rendering the brain, but I
have found that the process is so slow (+/- 1 Hour).
Could you say me, which are the minimum system requirements to
use 3D Slicer ?
I work in a PC - Pentium III 450 Mhz - HD 20Gb - RAM 196Mb - ATI
Graphic Card Pro XPERT99 - Windows 98
Could you recommend me, how could I improve the computer ? or
How can I get faster the results ?
2) a- I have found that sometimes the computer doesn´t show or
dysplay completely the viewer´s window, for example the axial
slices or the model. In this case, I must to close the software and
open it again or restart the computer.
b- I can´t read completely the 3D-Slicer´s window, the window
shows until the button "save 3D".
How can I resolve it ?
3) How can I create raw data with header or ppm files ?
Is there a software to make it ?
