[slicer-users] Activate Logs

A lot of the time there will be messages in the terminal that you can have
a look at. If you are invoking Slicer by double clicking on it or by going
through the start menu (such as in Windows), we might have to ask one of
the programmers for their input.

I know there is a --event_log  <std::string> option you can invoke from
the command line, but I'm not sure if this is the right option to pursue
in this case.
