Hi Andras,

I think I found the error. Try creating the directory "C:\TMP". Does it work
now?

Meanwhile, I have corrected the source code. It should be fixed in
a future version.

Greg

Hello

Sorry I forgot to mention these.

OS: win32
version: 3.7, nighly build: 2/7/2010

I'll try the same dataset with the 64 bit linux version as well.

Best regards,
András

	Hi Andras,

Are you using the 3.6 binary download? Or do you compile yourself, and
if so,
do you use "3.6 branch" or "trunk"?

Also, can you please tell me your OS?

	Thank you,
	Greg

	Subject: plastimatch error

	Hello,

I wish to register a patient image (fractional anisotropy map, nrrd
format) to
an icbm template (fa map, nii format). Regardless of the parameters
given,
plastimatch stops after 2 seconds, the error log is the following:

	ERROR: In

..\..\..\Slicer3\Modules\CommandLineModule\vtkCommandLineModuleLogic.cxx, line
	1585
	vtkCommandLineModuleLogic (13B19540): B-spline deformable registration
process
was null when state was queried, result (1) = Error.

	Does anyone help with this?

	thank you,
	Regards,
	András Jakab
