Hello,

I would like to offer the possibility of sharing two image databases - I
believe they might be practical for the developement of new algorithms or
testing the existing ones. Both are used in our clinical projects, but it is
ok to allow others to have this, especially for image processing tasks.
Cases are anonymized dicoms or can be converted into .nrrd format. I would
be happy to contribute with this to the community which is not merely
limited to the 3d Slicer developers.

1. Stroke database: emergency CT scans of 155 consecutive patients with
supratentorial acute hemorrhagic stroke (bleedings). Survivor / nonsurvivor
groups are assigned, precise clinical and pathology data is also available.
Semiautomatic segmentation of hemorrhage components (parenchymal,
ventricular, intracranial space) is also available as .nrrd labelmaps. This
might be useful to develop hematoma segmentation / parcellation plugins and
validate them.

2. Glioma database: T1,T2,FLAIR,DWI and DTI (ADC,FA,etc..) scans of 40
consecutive WHO grade II-IV gliomas. Tumor borders are available as manually
segmented .nrrd labelmaps incl. tumor centers and peritumoral areas.

Please feel free to write me if you are interested in any of these.

Regards,
András Jakab
