[slicer-users] Color tables

Hi Jonathan,

Some of the color nodes are available as text files, but the Rainbow one 
is hard coded. The best way to get a copy of it would be to use the Edit 
part of the Color module. Scroll down to the drop down menu that lets 
you select a color node to copy, pick Rainbow then click on "Copy Node". 
You can either edit the table in the Edit box, or click on "Generate a 
New Color Node", and then go to File->Save to save it as a text file you 
can then edit.
