[slicer-users] About installing Slicer3D on Ubuntu 10.10

Hi Samuele -

As a datapoint I just tried that version (3.6.1-2010-08-23-linux-x86_64) 
on a ubuntu 10.10 beta machine and it worked fine.

Maybe it is something with your video drivers?  Also, you might try 
apt-get install slicer (to get slicer 3.4) as a test...
