[slicer-users] CropVolume module

Dear Aleko,

sorry if I didn't answer before, but I am pretty busy in this period.
Anyway,
of course I can explain you how to extract a volume you are interested in.

First of all, LOAD YOUR VOLUME.
Once it is loaded, you can add the 3 main views in the upper part
of the default window.

Now, SELECT the CROP VOLUME MODULE.

Choose the input volume (the volume you've just loaded!), the output
volume (I usually create a new volume!) and then click on the
"DO ROI RESAMPLE" button.

Now you can see a parallelepiped in the upper window and its projection
on the 3 views in the lower windows.

That's it. Just save it and you have the volume you want.

Does this help?

Samuele
