[slicer-users] About inserting a plane in a 3D-model

Dear all,

it is again from me. I am still trying to prepare a good nasal-cavity
reconstruction.

I've almost done. There is, now, one more point: in the TAC that I have, the
2
sinuses (I hope this is the right name!) seems to be linked since in that
region
the septum is very very thin. Of course, I need to reproduce it and I would
like to
reproduce it as a plane.
Is there a way to insert a plane, with Slicer?

Thanks a lot in advance,
