Hi Samuele:

The CropVolume module is used by workflow applications build in the scope
of my project.
Here is the step-by-step screenshots collection for CT volume cropping.
http://www.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/File:VolumeCroppingTutorial_PETCT_RegistrationProject.ppt

This is the one way of doing cropping - not a comprehensive manual. Please
let me or the Module author (Andrew Fedorov <fedorov at bwh.harvard.edu>) know
if you have any questions.

Thank you,
Alex
